New LIU students receive an orientation of the campus's location, its procedures on how to register, and other aspects about university policies. The orientation by LIU representatives is a very important affair as it aims to help each student with his or her transition from school life to university life. It will aid the student in a manner that they will be comfortable once starting their academic schedule.
