Position: Print & Digital Graphic Designer (Full-Time, On-Site)

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute final production of book covers and interior pages.
  • Lay out advertising materials (brochures, flyers, catalogs, bookmarks).
  • Proofread at every design stage to ensure accurate, high-quality output.
  • Coordinate copy submission with the Managing Editorial department.
  • Prepare print-ready layouts and packages for production.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and orders, ensuring clear communication and service.

The Apliman Technical Internship Program is a structured, hands-on, 3-month learning experience designed to equip aspiring engineers with the skills needed to build, deploy, and support real-world digital communication systems using low-code/no-code platforms and containerized environments.

You’ll gain in-depth experience with journey building, assistant creation, debugging, API integrations, client communication, and live system support. Working Conditions

The internship is comprised of 3 phases over the course of 3 months. Each phase is different from the other.

Phase 1 is an introductory self-learning phase, where interns will be fully remote (they may attend the office if they please).

In phases 2 and 3, interns will be assigned special tasks to be completed. If any intern fails to complete or poorly completes any of the phases assigned, the program will be halted at any stage after receiving technical feedback.

Apliman’s Technical Internship Program offers a hands-on opportunity to explore the world of Quality Assurance (QA) in a modern software development environment. Over the course of three months, interns will gain practical experience in software testing, agile workflows, defect tracking, and ensuring software reliability.

Tools & Practices

  • Writing and maintaining test cases using TestRail.
  • Manual testing of web applications & API's.
  • Defect tracking and reporting using JIRA.
  • Introduction to test automation (API) and maintaining test scripts.
  • Basic performance testing practices.
  • Work in an agile - Scrum environment - Scrum Ceremonies.

Throughout the program, interns will be exposed to real product environments, collaborate closely with developers and POs, attend team meetings, and learn how to identify, document, and report issues effectively.

Eligibility

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with basic programming/scripting.
  • Understanding of software testing principles and types of testing.

Working Conditions

Phase 1 – Introductory & Self-Learning: Interns will undergo a self-paced onboarding and learning period with access to training materials and mentorship.
