As part of its efforts to reinforce the knowledge and skills acquired by Mechanical Engineering students, the Lebanese International University (LIU) – Saida Campus, under the supervision of Dr. Ahmad Al Takash, Assistant Dean of Engineering, supported a student-led video project developed in collaboration with their peers in the ASME LIU student chapter.
The initiative aimed to highlight the students’ academic learning and technical competencies, demonstrating their ability to connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications through a creative and collaborative approach.
This initiative reflects LIU’s commitment to fostering student engagement, encouraging knowledge-sharing and teamwork, and strengthening communication and technical skills. It also supports the university’s broader mission of preparing engineering graduates to meet the evolving demands of the professional field.
طلاب الهندسة في الجامعة اللبنانية الدولية LIU – صيدا يوثّقون معارفهم ومهاراتهم الهندسية في فيديو تطبيقي
في إطار تعزيز المعارف المكتسبة لدى طلاب الهندسة الميكانيكية في الجامعة اللبنانية الدولية (LIU) – فرع صيدا، وبإشراف مساعد رئيس قسم الهندسة، الدكتور أحمد الطقش، أعدّ الطلاب فيديو بالتعاون مع زملائهم، بهدف إبراز ما اكتسبوه من معلومات ومهارات خلال دراستهم الجامعية، وترجمة معارفهم النظرية إلى تطبيقات عملية بأسلوب إبداعي مع ASME.
وتأتي هذه المبادرة في سياق حرص الجامعة على تشجيع طلابها على التفاعل وتبادل الخبرات، وتنمية قدراتهم على العمل الجماعي والتواصل، بما يسهم في تعزيز مهاراتهم الأكاديمية والعملية، وإعدادهم لمتطلبات سوق العمل في المجالات الهندسية.
