First of all, I would like to thank LIU and UNIPA for giving me the opportunity to represent the School of Business in Palermo, Italy.
Participating in this European exchange program through Lebanese International University helped me improve my oral presentation skills by presenting projects to international professors at UNIPA’s School of Cultures and Societies.
This experience also helped me interact and cooperate with people from different cultures and nationalities, with different attitudes and opinions. I learned more about dialogue between cultures through meeting people from the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Italy, and other European countries.
The program contributed to my academic development and gave me additional knowledge in international relations. I also learned about diplomacy and how to properly represent my country and institution abroad.
During the mobility, I attended courses covering international economics, investment, consumption, savings, and economic theories. Other topics included sustainability, human rights, colonization, globalization, unemployment, development, inequalities, demographics, and migration.
I really encourage Lebanese and international students to participate in similar exchange programs through Lebanese International University and take this opportunity to learn and experience life in another country.
