Undergraduate Programs

The School of Arts and Sciences undergraduate programs usually take three years to complete. Explore the admission requirements, contract sheets, plans of study and course descriptions for the majors you are interested in pursuing.

Admission Requirements

To apply to LIU as a bachelor student, you will need to prepare the following documents:

  • Certified copy of the Lebanese Baccalaureate Degree (BACC II), Technical Baccalaureate Degree (BT3), or their recognized equivalent (Foreign Baccalaureate).
  • TOEFL International iBT or IELTS score, if available. Otherwise, the applicant must sit for the LIU English Placement Test.
  • One copy of the identification card.
  • One copy of the family civil status record.
  • One recent passport-sized color photograph.
  • Lebanese applicants must submit their national social security documents (Daman), if available, or complete the applicable process at the social security office.
  • $30 non-refundable application fee.
  • $20 fee for each entrance examination.
Students requiring financial assistance may obtain an Application Form for Financial Aid from the Public Relations Office.
