Career and Impact Seminar

On Tuesday December 9, 2025, The Business Management school, Management Information System department at the Lebanese International University-Saida campus organized an exceptional and enriching session on career growth strategies. Mr. Mohammad Sakr and Mr. Chady Ossairan both spoke, shedding light on the impact of digital transformation and the increasing demand for technical skills, emphasizing the importance of knowledge in data science, artificial intelligence, and security.

They also highlighted the importance of setting priorities and professional goals using the 20/80 rule, building a high-value résumé that reflects achievements and reality. The attendees participated in discussions focused on identifying strengths and weaknesses, as well as the importance of balance between communication skills, soft skills, and critical thinking.

Mr. Ossairan concluded with a practical action plan that encourages continuous learning, flexibility, and readiness for job-market challenges. During the Q&A session, attendees asked about the challenges Issa faced early in his career path and how those experiences later helped him establish his own company in the field of programming.

نهار الثلاثاء الواقع في 9 ديسمبر 2025 نظمت كلية إدارة الاعمال قسم المعلوماتية الادارية في الجامعة اللبنانية الدولية -فرع صيدا جلسة مميزة وغنية بالاستراتيجيات العملية للنمو المهني قدمها كل من الاستاذ محمد صقر والاستاذ شادي عسيران، مسلّطا الضوء على تأثير التحوّل الرقمي والطلب المتزايد على المهارات التقنية. وأكدا على أهمية بناء المعرفة الرقمية في مجالات البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة، إلى جانب وضع أهداف واضحة، والبحث عن الإرشاد المهني، والتخطيط الاستباقي للرؤية المهنية على المدى القصير والطويل. كما شاركا الحضور رؤى حول التركيز على المهام ذات الأثر العالي عبر مبدأ 80/20، وبناء ملف مهني قوي يعكس إنجازات واقعية، إضافة إلى تحقيق التوازن بين المهارات الصلبة والناعمة—وخاصة مهارات التواصل والذكاء العاطفي كعوامل أساسية للقيادة والتقدم. واختُتمت الجلسة بخطة عمل تدعو إلى التعلّم المستمر، والمرونة، وبناء شبكات مهنية استراتيجية. خلال فقرة الأسئلة، طرح الحاضرون تساؤلات حول التحديات التي واجهه السيد عسيران في بداية مسيرته المهنية وكيف قادته تلك التجارب لاحقًا إلى تأسيس شركته الخاصة في مجال البرمجيات.
