As part of the MED2IaH project, the Lebanese International University organized its first Intercultural Activity in Nabatieh Campus.
In the upcoming months, LIU will be organizing similar activities across all campuses. The aim of these activities is to raise awareness among LIU students about different cultures around the world.

Description and Procedure of the First Activity:

- Prior to the activity: Students were asked to bring with them souvenirs (or books) that they have got from countries they traveled to before or wear costumes of countries they've lived in before.

- A small discussion took place between the students and the instructor in which she introduced the MED2IaH project and the intercultural activities plan at LIU.

- Students watched together a YouTube video about how different cultures celebrate New Year's.

- After watching the video, students discussed how they spent their new year and which celebration they prefer, and they also responded to some questions on Google forms.

- At the end, students shared with us the souvenirs they brought with them.
